Your Custom Home, Step by Step
01 — Tell Us What You Have in Mind
We start with your goals, lifestyle, preferred location and timeline. Bring your ideas, inspiration or existing plans so we can understand what matters most to you.
02 — Review Your Property and Budget
We discuss your property, desired home size and investment range. Together, we identify site considerations and priorities that need attention before moving forward.
03 — Develop the Design and Details
Our in-house designer helps guide your ideas and selections. We work through the plans, scope and finishes with you, keeping your priorities and budget part of the conversation.
04 — Prepare and Build
With the project scope and agreement in place, we coordinate permitting and construction. Our team manages the work and keeps you informed as your home takes shape.
05 — Walk Through Your New Home
